How to Make Klepon
Klepon can be made very simply by following these
directions.
You will need :
- 200 ml
water
- 50 cc
suji leaf after to pound and to filter

tea
spoon lime water
-
½ tea
spoon salt
- 250 gr
rice flour
- 100 gr
red sugar, soft comb
- 100 gr
rasp coconut
The steps :
- Mixed
water, suji water, lime water and salt. Add rice flour, stir until the mixture
with flat.
- Dough
shape become small ball. To thin, fill with some red sugar, return a round.
- Ball
boiling until float and ripe. Lift and leak through. Then, roll into rasp
coconut until bandage flat.
- Klepon
ready to serve.
